The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts regarding the Intellectual Property

The bill (Reg. No.7205) improves the relations connected with acquisition, realization and protection of the intellectual property right on inventions, useful models, design inventions, marks for goods and services, masswork rights, and geographic names.

The Civil Code of Ukraine, the Laws "On Protection of Rights for Inventions and Useful Models" and "On Protection of Design Inventions and Marks for Goods and Services" are amended.
